چکیده
Essential oil yield and composition in aromatic crops might be affected by genetic, agronomical environmental factors but till date there is no clear information about the harvesting time distillation for higher essential content without affecting quality. The current study was carried out to evaluate of chamomile flowers herb with part at three different times (6 A.M., 12 P.M. 6 P.M.) four treatments (3 h, 4 5 h & h) dried flowers. Results indicated that more (0.15-0.18%) as compared (0.06-0.09%). found statistically par harvest (0.18%) significantly than A.M. (0.15%). contained maximum α-bisabolol oxide-B, (Z)-spiroether, chamazulene while, α-bisabolone oxide-A were (E)-β-farnesene Similarly, experiment, observed which hydro-distilled (1.20%) other hydro-distillation durations. Marker compounds i.e. oxide-A, duration while (Z)-spiroether 3 duration. present showed order obtain oil, harvested P.M or should subjected 5-6 hydro-distillation.

The local grown herbs showed levels of essential oil below the standard...
متن کاملsimulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Control of natural microorganisms in chamomile (Chamomilla recutita L.) by gamma ray and electron beam irradiation.
BACKGROUND Microbial contamination levels and corresponding sensitivities to gamma rays (GR) and elec- tron beam (EB) irradiation were tested in chamomile (Chamomile recutta L.). METHODS Chamomile powders were treated with 10 and 20 kGy by GR and EB, respectively. Microbiological and chemical analyses were performed on controls and treated samples immediately after irradiation, and after 12 m...

In order to evaluate the variations of some morphological traits, yield, seed yield components and essential oil yield of German Chamomile under different application levels of nitrogen (N) and biofertilizers, a split plot experiment laid out in a randomized complete blocks design with three replications in Shar-e-Ray (Gale No) region. Chemical N fertilizer application in three levels (0, 65 an...
متن کاملEffect of Organic Nutrients on Flower Yield and Oil Content of Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.)
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) is one of the most important medicinal plants in Iran. The main objective of this study was to determine the effects of organic nutrients on the yield and oil content of chamomile. The experiment was conducted in the spring of 2010. The treatment groups consisted of vermicompost (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 tons/ha) and the Aminol Forte sprays (no spraying or contro...
